PERATURAN YANG WAJIB DI TAATI PENGENDARA KENDARAAN
1. Pengemudi kendaraan bermotor pada waktu mengemudi kendaraan bermotor dijalan, wajib:
• Mampu mengemudikan kendaraannya dengan wajar.
• Mengutamakan keselamatan pejalan kaki.
• Menunjukkan STNK, SIM, tanda bukti lulus uji atau tanda bukti lain yang sah dalam hal ini dilakuakan pemeriksaan.
• Mematuhi ketentuan tentang kelas jalan, rambu-rambu dan marka jalan, alat pemberi isyarat lalu lintas, waktu kerja dan waktu istirahat pengemudi, gerak lalu lintas berhenti dan parkir, persyaratan tekhnis dan laik jalan kendaraan bermotor, peringatan dengan bunyi dan sinar, kecepatan minimum dan kecepatan maksimum, tata cara mengangkut penumpang, tata cara penggandengan dan penempelan dengan kendaraan lain.
• Memakai sabuk keselamatan bagi pengemudi kendaraan roda 4 (empat) atau lebih dan mempergunakan helm bagi pengemudi kendaraan bermotor roda 2 (dua) atau kendaraan roda empat /lebih yang tidak dilengakpi dengan rumah-rumah.
2. Penumpang kendaraan bermotor roda 4 (empat) atau lebih yang duduk di samping pengemudi wajib memakai sabuk keselamatan dan bagi penumpang kendaraan bermotor roda 2 (dua), roda empat atau lebih yang tidak dilengkapi dengan rumah-rumah wajib memakai helm.
PENYEBAB UTAMA TERJADINYA KECELAKAAN
1. Pengemudi tidak disiplin
2. Tidak trampil dalam berkendaraan
3. Emosional, ngantuk
4. Kecepatan tinggi
5. Tidak memelihara jalur dan jarak aman
6. Kendaraan tidak laik jalan
7. Ban pecah
8. Jalan licin, rusak
9. Pandangan tidak bebas
10. Mabok karena mengkonsumsi Miras atau Narkoba

o,y… lagi nyari dat ne…
penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan 10 d atas kan…
aku spesifiknya yang jalan licin, rusak…
kalau di kota besar terjadi hal (jalan rusak, n licin) berarti ruang kota tdk terlalu memadai…
hal seprti ini kan termasuk dalm salah satu faktor itu kan…
trz gmn nyelesainnya, kadang masyarakat biasa kadang gak di terima pendapatnya…
please klw ada data yang diperoleh, mengenai presentase penyebab terjadinya kecelakan khusus jalanan licin n rusak, hub q ych…
